Position Summary

Gregory Spektor & Associates, a Personal Injury Law Firm with 75+ employees, is seeking a
detail-oriented and highly organized Title Closing Specialist to join the firm. The successful
candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating closing statements. This position
requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple
transactions while ensuring compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and firm requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate all aspects of file closings;
• Review settlements, liens, disbursements, and attorneys’ fees;
• Prepare and assemble closing statements;
• Verify accuracy of closing figures and coordinate funding requirements;
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in real estate closings, title services, legal
  support, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Professional demeanor and strong client service orientation.

be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, maintaining compliance with
applicable accounting standards, and supporting payroll operations. This position requires
strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working
in a fast-paced professional environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or progress toward certification.
• Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Familiarity with trust accounting procedures.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and audit support.
